ISHRIZE
One timetable. Every department. No clashes.
IshRize turns your institution's spreadsheet chaos into a live, clash-free timetable β imported from the files you already have, edited collaboratively in real time, with attendance built in.

The status quo
Every institution is running on spreadsheets.
One file, one editor
The timetable lives in an Excel file that only one person can safely touch. Everyone else works from stale copies.
Clashes found too late
Venue and lecturer conflicts are checked by eye β and discovered by students after the schedule is published.
Attendance on paper
Sign-in sheets and ad-hoc lists that never reconcile with the actual sessions on the timetable.
Every change cascades
Moving one session means phone calls to every affected department β and hoping nobody misses the memo.
How it works
From import to live in three steps.
Import
Upload your existing Excel or PDF timetable. AI handles messy formats and scanned documents; you review every row before anything is committed.
Edit
Drag and drop the master timetable. Departments decompose slots into real sessions, and clash detection fires automatically as you work.
Run
Lecturers open sessions, students scan QR codes, and attendance analytics update in real time.
Scheduling intelligence
Scheduling intelligence for institutions.
The engine underneath is built for the way institutions actually schedule β departments, shared venues, cross-listed cohorts, and all.
Import from anything
Excel, PDF, even scanned documents with OCR. A human review step before commit β no silent overwrites.
Live collaborative editing
Real-time sync and drag-and-drop editing. Everyone sees changes instantly β no stale copies, no refresh.
Clash detection
Venue conflicts, lecturer overlaps, and cross-department cohort clashes β flagged as they happen, resolved in one click.
Free space finder
Surface free venues, open time slots, and unused rooms per term β before they become problems.
Coordinator Hub
Teaching-load balance, course ownership, and lecturer management β self-service for departments, without routing through central admin.
Under the hood
Four engines doing the work.
IshRize is not a spreadsheet with a nicer interface. Each part of the scheduling problem is handled by a dedicated engine, and all of them run against the same live data.
Reads the timetables you already have
A positional parser that rebuilds a timetable's grid from the coordinates of the text on the page, so dense multi-column university PDFs arrive as structured slots instead of scrambled lines.
Knows what cannot happen at once
Venue double-bookings, lecturer overlaps and cohort collisions across departments, evaluated continuously as the timetable changes rather than in a check at the end.
Finds the space you did not know you had
Free venues, open time slots and rooms sitting unused for a whole term, surfaced on demand and filtered by capacity and department.
Keeps everyone on the same timetable
Every change broadcasts over a live socket. Two coordinators editing at once see each other's work immediately, with no refresh and no conflicting copies.
The scheduling solver
Detection is solved. Generation is what we are building now, turning the timetable from something you assemble into something you describe.
Constraint-based generation
A graph-coloring and constraint-optimization solver that produces a complete, clash-free timetable across departments, venues and cohorts.
Constraints in plain language
Say that a lecturer cannot teach before 10am, or that a course needs a lab with 40 seats, and have it become a formal rule the solver enforces.
Decisions you can question
Every placement comes with the reason it was made, so a coordinator can challenge the timetable instead of accepting it.
Attendance
Attendance that works the way your sessions do.
Attendance is built on top of the timetable, not beside it β every session is tied to a scheduled slot, so records and reality never drift apart.
Students check in from the mobile app. Lecturers and coordinators live in the web dashboard.
QR check-in
Rotating QR tokens validated server-side β fraud-resistant by design.
Role-based access
Student, lecturer, and admin roles with enrollment required before attendance can be marked.
Analytics and reports
Attendance percentages, session history, course-level breakdowns, and exportable reports.

Architecture
Built for universities. Ready for what's next.
Org-neutral by configuration
The same engines that run a university's departments, courses, and lecturers can run a church's ministries, services, and hosts β by swapping vocabulary and configuration, not code.
Multi-organization built in
One account can belong to several organizations, with a single unified personal timetable across all of them.
Your institution doesn't have to run on spreadsheets.
Import what you have. Start managing what matters.
